Hub for Integration, Reentry & Employment (HIRE)
Some words from Debbie

I’m proud to support HIRE because I believe work can be a powerful catalyst for dignity, confidence, and long-term stability when people are given the tools and support they need to succeed.

HIRE doesn’t just focus on getting someone a job; it prepares people for sustainable careers. Through education, mentorship, and workforce readiness programs, HIRE meets individuals where they are and helps them build real momentum toward a better future. That holistic approach is what truly sets the organization apart.

As a business owner, I see firsthand how transformative opportunity can be when paired with guidance and trust. As a board member, I’ve seen HIRE's impact on individuals who are ready to work hard but may not have had access to the same resources or networks as others. Supporting HIRE means investing in people, strengthening our local workforce, and helping create pathways to economic independence that benefit entire communities.

Please consider joining me in supporting HIRE by helping me reach my goal of raising $300 in the next 24 hours!

The Hub for Integration, Reentry & Employment (HIRE) Story

HIRE exists to support individuals returning from incarceration as they rebuild their lives—through employment, stability, and community.

Over the past year, we’ve grown rapidly to meet the need. Every day, we are working with individuals navigating some of the most complex barriers: housing instability, gaps in employment, behavioral health challenges, and the realities of reentry.

And we’ve built a model that works.

But growth comes with a cost.

As demand increases, so does the need for staffing, infrastructure, and the resources required to continue delivering meaningful, consistent support. Like many nonprofits, we are navigating a funding landscape that has not kept pace with the level of need.

Giving Day is not just about expanding this work—it’s about sustaining it.

Your support helps ensure that individuals do not lose access to the services, guidance, and opportunities they need to move forward.

💥 The first $17,500 will be matched by our partners, Swinerton Builders, CalOptima, Caring Path Foundation, Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial and Bomel Construction
💥 Your gift today has double the impact

This is a moment to step in, stand behind this work, and help ensure it continues.

If not now, when. If not us, who.
