Hub for Integration, Reentry & Employment (HIRE)
Some words from Leslie

I support HIRE because I really believe in helping people find good jobs and build better lives. It’s awesome to see an organization that’s actually making a difference in our own community by helping individuals overcome barriers after incarceration.

My friends and family should get behind HIRE too because when folks around us thrive, our whole area gets stronger. Plus, it just feels good to know you’re supporting real opportunities for real people.

Thank you so much in supporting me to reach my goal of raising $350 for HIRE in the next 24 hours!

The Hub for Integration, Reentry & Employment (HIRE) Story

HIRE exists to support individuals returning from incarceration as they rebuild their lives—through employment, stability, and community.

Over the past year, we’ve grown rapidly to meet the need. Every day, we are working with individuals navigating some of the most complex barriers: housing instability, gaps in employment, behavioral health challenges, and the realities of reentry.

And we’ve built a model that works.

But growth comes with a cost.

As demand increases, so does the need for staffing, infrastructure, and the resources required to continue delivering meaningful, consistent support. Like many nonprofits, we are navigating a funding landscape that has not kept pace with the level of need.

Giving Day is not just about expanding this work—it’s about sustaining it.

Your support helps ensure that individuals do not lose access to the services, guidance, and opportunities they need to move forward.

💥 The first $17,500 will be matched by our partners, Swinerton Builders, CalOptima, Caring Path Foundation, Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial and Bomel Construction
💥 Your gift today has double the impact

This is a moment to step in, stand behind this work, and help ensure it continues.

If not now, when. If not us, who.
