What makes me particularly proud is the EXP paid internship program. It was my first exposure to EXP, and I've been continually impressed by how it prepares students for success. The 7-week workshops are incredibly comprehensive, equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their summer internships. Seeing these students step into their internships with confidence and readiness fills me with pride and reinforces my belief in the importance of our work.
