As the Operations and Finance Specialist, I am dedicated to supporting HIRE’s daily operational and financial functions. In doing so, my collaboration with system-involved individuals provides me the opportunity to learn and help amplify people’s voices in hopes of implementing long-term solutions. Additionally, my academic background and growing professional experiences continue to fuel my deep-rooted passion to address inequity and advocate for meaningful reform within the justice system.

Over the past year, we’ve grown rapidly to meet the need. Every day, we are working with individuals navigating some of the most complex barriers: housing instability, gaps in employment, behavioral health challenges, and the realities of reentry.
And we’ve built a model that works.
