At RiseHyre, we believe that access to meaningful work can change everything.

Founded in Orange County, RiseHyre was created to address a simple but urgent need: too many people are ready to work—but don’t have access to the opportunities, support, or pathways to get there. Individuals facing barriers to employment, including foster youth, formerly incarcerated, survivors of relationship violence, and those navigating housing instability, are often overlooked in today’s workforce.

We exist to change that.

Through our workforce programs, we meet Aspiring Professionals where they are. Our paid Professional Skills Apprenticeship gives participants hands-on experience, real wages, and direct connections to Orange County employers. By combining learning with real work, we create a bridge between potential and opportunity, so individuals don’t just prepare for jobs, they step into them.

What makes RiseHyre unique is how we create opportunity. Through our social enterprise, we partner with nonprofits across Orange County to provide event services, turning real events into real training grounds. This means Aspiring Professionals gain experience in professional environments while supporting the nonprofit community at the same time.

Because when someone gains access to a job, they gain more than a paycheck, they gain stability, confidence, and a future.
