As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kherut, this work is not just what I do—it’s who I am. I have had the honor of walking alongside women who have survived trafficking, abuse, incarceration, and homelessness, and I have seen what happens when they are given a real chance to start again.
I’ve watched women walk through our doors carrying unimaginable pain—and then, step by step, begin to rediscover their strength. As they gain job skills, earn a paycheck, and find themselves surrounded by a community that believes in them, something powerful happens: confidence returns, hope is restored, and a new future begins to take shape.
This matters deeply to me because I believe no woman should be defined by her past. Every woman deserves the opportunity to rebuild, to provide for her family, and to believe that her future can be different.
Right now, more women are ready for that opportunity.
Your support provides the job skills, paid training, mentorship, and real-world experience that lead to lasting employment—and lasting change.
Would you join me in making that possible?
Together, we can help her believe that her future is working.
The Future is Working Giving Day is here!
At Kherut, women move from crisis to confidence through job training, real-world experience, and long-term career pathways.
We serve women overcoming trafficking, violence, incarceration, addiction, and more—helping them build stability through meaningful work and job skills.
💜 Today, your gift opens the door to opportunity, employment, and a future that lasts.
Can’t give right now? You can still make an impact—share this with others and help us reach more people who want to be part of changing lives.
Together, we’re building a stronger workforce—one woman, one future at a time.
